Shipping & Returns
U.S. SHIPPING
Our standard shipping cost is $4.99-$7.99. We offer free shipping for US orders over $70 and strive to process all orders within 24 hours. All orders ship from our Chicago fulfillment center using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and best rate. Typical shipping times are 2-5 business days within the continental US.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Service Area: We’re pleased to offer international shipping to most countries. Typical shipping times are 2-3 weeks for international orders. If your country is missing, feel free to contact us to add it.
Customs & Duties: Customers should note that international orders can incur customs duties or taxes upon arrival, depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage our international customers to familiarize themselves with their local customs regulations.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order due to potential customs fees, please contact us immediately before the order is fulfilled.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our product, being a food item (salt), we are unable to accept returns once the product has been shipped. If the product arrives damaged, we will offer to send either a replacement or full refund to the original form of payment. Photos will be needed, as we insure all packages. Please notify us of any issues within 10 days of the delivery date.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must occur before the product is shipped out. Once you receive an email with a tracking number, the order can no longer be cancelled.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscriptions are optional and renew automatically at the frequency selected at checkout. We send an automated reminder email 24 hours before each recurring order processes to the email address used for the subscription. You can skip, pause, or cancel upcoming subscription orders anytime through your Vera Salt account or by emailing us at info@verasalt.co. Once a subscription order has processed, it follows the same cancellation and refund policy as standard orders.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds for orders that have already been shipped, barring damage to the package prior to arrival. If the order is cancelled before the order is shipped, a full refund to the original form of payment will be issued.
